  • When my wife and I are planning our trips, Alison at Advanced Travel is the first one we talk with. She has helped us with many trips over the past 5 years. She is our 'go to' travel person. No matter where we want to go, Alison always has great ideas on places to visit and where to stay during our trips. She provides a very high level of personalized service. Last year we made a claim on our travel insurance company. Alison happened to have a contact person at the company. She called him that day and he called us immediately and we received our payment within a week. Alison makes all the reservations one needs whether hotels, trains, air travel, car rental and more. We live in Maryland, almost 600 miles from Alison's office. Being long distance has never been an issue. She and her associates are the BEST!
